✅ Return Window

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after delivery.

EU & UK buyers: you also hold the statutory 14-day cooling‑off right.

✅ Return Eligibility

Items for return must meet all conditions:

1. Unused, no scratches or artificial cracks

2. Original packaging and foam protection intact

3. Not damaged by dropping, improper use by buyers

❌ Non‑Returnable Items

• Custom / hand‑painted personalized ceramic products

• Clearance & final sale goods

• Items broken by customer misuse

• Return requests submitted after the 30‑day limit

✅ Broken / Damaged upon Arrival (Fragile Ceramic Rule)

If ceramics arrive cracked or broken in transit：

• Customer needs to send unboxing photos or videos within 48 hours after receiving parcel

• We offer two options: free replacement OR full refund

• In this case, we bear the related cost

✅ Return Shipping Cost

1. ✅ Our fault (broken on arrival, wrong item shipped): We cover return freight

2. ✅ Customer personal reason (dislike, wrong style): Buyer pays all return shipping fees

2. Wait for our approval and return address

3. Send back the product

4. After inspection, we process refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Banks may need extra days to complete fund arrival

All import duties and taxes generated during return shipment shall be borne by the buyer unless caused by our mistake.
